HELLO WISCONSIN!

heehee. hello hello! i'm in madison now... to clarify, i'm in wisconsin state, madison city. waaah so cool hor my whole life it's just singapore country/state/city.

but anyway i've uploaded the few pics i took of madison so far. it's very lovely quaint and scenic. which also means it's kinda boring and slow. but hey! hopefully (as i was telling char) i'll find fun friends to hang out with, which would totally make up for the lack of excitement here. there's like ONE street where EVERYTHING happens called State Street and that's where all the shops/restaurants/halloween parties happen. That street is actually pretty exciting but imagine going there every weekend... that would get kinda boring.

went to this outdoor bazaar/market called farmer's market around capitol hill. it's the white building that is modelled after the white house in washington dc haha. nothing can be higher than it, which explains why i can always see the clear blue sky (unless it rains! ling i shld've taken my brolly back from youu!) it's very cool they sell all kinds of natural madison-made produce like veggies/honey/cheese/beef jerky etc go see pics! got a lot of freebies/samplers haha den we just walk arnd and try everything. don't need to buy! wheeheehee. but looking at all that fresh food made me wish i had a kitchen and a cookbook...

when i come back i will drive, AND become martha stewart! whoots. :)

i'm living with my senior now coz her housemate's out of town and she's living alone anyway. i move into my dorm on the 28th. but i'm happy to live here! her cat's very cute :) i miss mine! and we get free internet coz we steal somebody's WLAN haha i dunno where it broadcasts from but i can only get it in her room but hey it's free! hoho.

i actually went to ikea and bought a comforter. haha. and i am the kind that nvr does anything related to housework. but i think it'll be fun to be able to decorate my own apt. WHEN i get my own apt. for now its the dorms for me!

ok so recap of the week. ok i realized i dont even rmbr what i did mon thru wed so let me begin with thur
thur i went suntanning with my cousin and her friends who are all bumming like her. haha ok actually theyre all looking for jobs but in between they bum. and inbetween amounts to a lot of time. and i hrd lots of racist jokes from one friend. after korean dinner i was v pissed at a person whom i shall not name.
oh i rmbr what i did on wed! i went swimming and watched 3 movies for the price of 1 cos i sneaked into the diff theaters. rh3, daddy day camp, stardust (for the 2nd time). fyi the last 2 i was forced to watch by aynie. i do not rec ddc and rh3, but sd is decent
aynie wants to buy a new laptop too so i accompanied her today, but I ended up shopping more than she did haha. watched hairspray with the cousins..cool movie! liked all the songs in there and john trav is adorable
yup so tmr i'll be setting off to the airport straight from church

i see we have been very inspired to post lately . its really weird to see how the whole blog is in this super morose mood now what with ppl leaving and everything . anyway uni life is really weird we're all treated like adults so everyone pretends to be adults even though we're not . and ya gloria i totally agree with the growing up thing . i still feel like a kid but in like a few years we're supposed to be working, getting married, blabla doing all these adult things. it just seems very distant and wrong .

anyway update about school . its really superrrrrrrr boring and there's tons of readings and work to do . i possibly have the worst time table in my batch with 4-6 hour breaks almost everyday . gd thing is i have friday off so yay to long weekend (: so now im just sitting alone in the middle of alot of empty benches . really tired to try and make friends though i know i probably should ... anyway have some work to do so it should keep me busy for awhile . being here really makes me miss rj and rg .. and the waking up every morning thinking of what to wear is a BIG headache ( i know la very bimbo ) hahahah . i hate doing work and reading books soooo tiring . kind of regret not goign for all the camps and orientation week stuff cus now im just a drifter with like some random friends here and there ... if anyone is free pls come online i'm online almost all the timeeee

ya i haven't started packing yet. i figure i still got over a week to start so not too worried abt it yet. and if i pack everything now, i'm only gonna have ugly clothes to wear for the WHOLE OF NEXT WEEK omg. i can't even wear pyjamas out because they will be in the suitcase. so i will wear those clothes that i have sworn nv to wear again like BOARDSHORTS or BAGGY TEES or those very immature SPAG STRAP TOPS... someone shoot me now. just thinking about how i actually OWN these makes me cringe damn bad.

taking a break from packing cos all the dust ive generated while pulling out stuff is making my nose leak. haha all the memories came flooding back when i packed in my schl shirts for pyjamas in michigan. gosh... im gonna miss schl here and well, im gonna miss everything in singapore. gabbag :(

alrite... going back to pack which is realli dumb means i have no clothes to wear for the nex week except the ugly ones whicch im nt bringing over. haha looking thru my clothes i noe why u guys said i had a weird fashion sense omg my clothes are realli rags -_-

hello everybody. let me kick off our (hopefully) string of entries of stuff about school. like new stuff.

basically i had o week last week. i went down! yup it was pretty fun. my og had NO rj of rg peepers, but surprisingly i liked it. okay maybe that's why i liked it. HAHA NO LAH. it would have been nice to have a few rg peeps but nvm.

anyway yah the og was like dominated by vj pple who are really nice, and the aogl was from rg and rj. yah she's my french horn senior. so good lorh.

and my kindergarden friend was in my og as well. and i got burnt real badly.

somehow it was boring but in a comfortable way. wad was fun was maybe the conversations or what we did outside of the orientation activities. yup. and my ogl looks like huo jian hua.

do you realise i am toning down a lot because if anyone finds this blog i will die. so i cannot reveal ANY FORM OF EXCITEMENT OR ANYTHING ABOUT BIZ FAC. SO I HAVE TO BE SECRETIVE.

so far into 2nd day of official school. okay lah. nothing much. really nothing exciting leh.

i have a five day week. on even weeks on wednesdays i go to school from 8-9am for tutorial. OMG I WILL DIE. my bus rides are 1 hr 15 min long MINIMUM.

hello everyone. today in my happening new life i attempted to watch a meteor shower that never occurred. but i did take lots of entertaining photos while waiting for the shower to start.
anyway im back in LA for a one-week break before sch starts again. pretty boring so far i must say. most ppl are back home and i have no car. i repeat. i have no car. sigh. was life always meant to be this boring or am i just easily bored. im starting to think its the latter

eh hello everybody , long time no blog . its funny how everyone is going on different journeys now and just last year we were huddled in small canteen drinking juice or cheng teng and playing with fhm cards . or how 3 years ago we were huddled in canteen eating snacks and squeezing at the fuck off bitch table . hahaha eh our lives revolve around canteens .

anyway for the ppl who are leaving singapore , pls pls rmb gabbag and we will organise outings once everyone is back . and everybody pls blog more often so we can keep this alive and discuss our new friends and new happening lives that do not revolve around canteens (:
