hello everyone! today i discovered i had reserves of BS in me i never knew i had

so basically i have to make 2 presentations today
-one for my real estate class
-the other for a GAP case competition

they were both group presentations
and this situation was actually good cos i learnt to delegate instead of trying to control every aspect of the presentation cos there was simply no time to.

ok so the case competition has a $1000 prize for the winning team so obviously i've been working on that more and kinda neglecting my real estate thing which is kinda ok for my teammates cos theyre all lazy too haha

so basically this is how we did the project which is 25% of our grade

we met for one hour before the 1st progress report was due
we were scheduled to meet the day before our 2nd progress report was due but i fell asleep, another girl fell asleep, one guy went to LA and basically we turned in crap

ytd when we met for the last time to work on the final presentation which was TODAY, we had to put that one guy on speakerphone cos he just got back from LA and was at the airport. and i left the meeting at 9 to work on the GAP case HAHA wow so i was like holy crap we are dead

so we all agreed to meet half an hour before class to rehearse for the FIRST time.
and i arrived only 10 minutes before class and we were all scrambling and everyone was like: oh wait whos going to do the conclusion? then they said : oh gloria can do it.

and i accepted cos i felt it was my responsibility since i had been so lazy.

so i walk into class right and HOLY SHIT the first grp blew me away. i was like: am i sitting in class or an actual boardroom? they were superrrrr good, professional and everything and there we were not even knowing who came after who in the presentation

so basically i made up the conclusion while i was sitting there in class and about 5 mins before we were scheduled to talk

but DUUUUUUUDEEEE i donno why, for some reason, i actually enjoyed being up there.
i was on a roll baby! hahah i really BS-ed my way through and i talked about mortgages like i actually knew what i was talking about. and then i just threw me self-made conclusion out there

later as we were getting our grades my prof was like oh the conclusion and mortgage discussion were excellent

DO U KNOW HOW EMPOWERING THAT FEELS wow i shall go be a professional public speaker now

ok but the really tough part comes now --> GAP case in 3 hours! wish me luck guys! we're up against some strong competition!!
